Hansen said the revised monthly amount is $350 per month and confirmed agreements will include a termination clause to allow the county flexibility for higher-priority fairgrounds needs. Commissioners approved both agreements by voice vote. Staff said the signed, amended version showing the $350 monthly amount will be returned to the commission for county records.
