Commission approves rezoning to MGEX for gravel operation near Exit 12 with access limits

Commissioner Perry moved to approve Ordinance 657 with the Planning Commission's stipulations; Commissioner Bingham seconded and the motion passed by voice vote. Commissioners recorded the access stipulation for the conditional-use permit stage.
