BRAG updates commissioners on CEO Board grants, GOED naming and online application plans

Milne also said two opportunity‑zone nominations in Brigham City have been submitted for potential state designation, and that the CEO Board nominated Chairman Tyler Vincent to be the county voting appointee to the CEO Board; final appointments will return to the commission later.
