Commissioner Bingham moved to approve Resolution #26‑22, Commissioner Perry seconded, and the board approved the resolution on a roll‑call vote with Chairman Tyler Vincent, Commissioner Bingham and Commissioner Perry voting yea. The resolution directs the county clerk to file the resolution and provide notice to the state agriculture commissioner as required by statute.
