Board members reflect on service as meeting adjourns; next meeting set for April 10

During closing remarks, Dr. Kolette Smith thanked Superintendent John Wyrick and Kevin Cole for representing USD 506 in Topeka and expressed appreciation for SEK Interlocal work with special education students. Board member Brian Harlow thanked colleagues for his three years on the board, saying it has been "amazing where we were 3 years ago and where we are today." Justin Bebb and Kevin Cole also offered thanks and wished the district a safe and fun spring break.
Justin Bebb moved to adjourn the meeting; Kevin Cole seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 8:06 p.m. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for April 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Meadow View Grade School.
