Pre-construction set for La Cygne–Linn Valley water connection; work expected this summer

City Clerk Jodi Wade reported she attended the pre-construction meeting for the water connection between the City of La Cygne and the City of Linn Valley. The contractor’s notice to proceed is scheduled for June 1, 2025, and the anticipated completion of the connection line is around late August or early September 2025.
Wade said another pre-construction meeting will be held at the end of May to coordinate schedules and logistics. No construction issues or change orders were reported at the meeting.
