Knappa budget committee considers $14.64 million 2025–26 budget and proposed tax levy

The Knappa School District No. 4 Budget Committee met June 4, 2025, to review the district’s proposed fiscal year 2025–26 budget of $14,639,539 and an accompanying agenda motion to levy a permanent ad valorem tax rate of $4.6062 per $1,000 in support of the General Fund.

Chair Derek Bangs asked administration to provide a supplemental-budget information sheet outlining proposed cuts if actual state revenue comes in below the forecast.
