Hodges Farm & Dredging is working with BG Consultants to evaluate options for the city's sewer lagoon desludging, considering hauling sludge offsite or land-applying it. Council did not take a formal vote and directed staff to continue consulting with BG Consultants.
The council also noted that final review and reimbursement of unused KDOT CCLIP funds (Kil lough Construction / CFS Engineering / BG Consultants) remains incomplete; City Clerk Jodi Wade will contact Ian Stringham for a status update. An updated schedule for the Water Treatment Plant improvements is under review but no timelines or cost figures were provided at the meeting.
