Meadow View outdoor classroom near completion after $20,000 donation

Meadow View Principal Chris Kastler told the board April 10 that the school's outdoor classroom is near completion and will be used very soon. Kastler said the $20,000 donation used to build the outdoor classroom came from Ajit Pai, a Parsons native and former chairman of the Federal Communications Commission.
Spence Allison reported Bartlett Grade School's greenhouse is full of plants and will be selling flowers and vegetables to the community ahead of a May 5 Spring Fun Night that will include the Tony Swanwick 5K run/walk. Communications Director Jen Thompson reported the URSA Remote Student Academy has generated over 30,000 impressions and that new hallway wraps for LCHS are planned for completion this summer.
