"There were a number of requests this year," staff said, and the item in the packet reflected the recommended schedule.
Council member Sands moved to adopt the 2026 calendar and the motion was seconded and passed unanimously, 8–0. Staff said they will follow the adopted calendar and address overlapping requests by flying multiple flags when appropriate.
