Multiple building leaders and administrators provided short reports on enrollment and programs. Spence Allison said the new BGS Pre-School has eight students enrolled. Donny Peak reported more than 100 students are enrolled in the Meadow View 21st Century after-school program. Several principals — Tiffany Flatt, Chris Kastler and Tim Traxson — said enrollment at their schools looks strong for the coming year.
Administrators also thanked maintenance and custodial teams for summer work that improved building conditions before school started. LCHS Assistant Principal Trey Thompson and Principal Stacy Smith expressed appreciation for the administrative team and welcomed Thompson to the district leadership.
