"We will be tasked after the 1st of the year when we receive 65% plans from the corps with deciding if we want to move forward with the corps project," staff said. Staff recommended issuing the RFQ by the end of the month if possible and returning a final RFQ for formal approval at the next meeting after public and council feedback.
Councilmembers discussed timeline, public presentation expectations, and including prior studies and links in the RFQ package; staff said submittals could be due January 9 and tentative interviews would begin in February.
