“We're interested in soliciting your feedback tonight ... and we're also interested in convening a stakeholder form sometime in the next few weeks and sending an invitation out to contractors,” Brian said. He said staff will collect written comments, offer one‑on‑one meetings with those who cannot attend the forum, and bring those comments back to council for discussion in June. Staff suggested a possible adoption in June or July and implementation around October, pending review.
