The Village of Madison Council adopted two proclamations Dec. 23 recognizing L.C.E. Federal Credit Union as the Eastern Lake County Chamber of Commerce 2025 Business of the Year and honoring William "Bill" Creed as the 2025 Beacon Award winner; both measures passed unanimously.
Council approved a purchase order of $32,973.25 to the Lake County Engineer for the Village's local share of the Middle Ridge Road paving project (per agreement with OPWC/Lake County), and a purchase order to Kiesler Police Supply for $3,370.90 for simunition equipment and rounds for training at the Lake County Training Facility. All procurement motions recorded roll-call approvals of 5 yeas.
