The board reviewed a conflict-of-interest disclosure filed by firefighter Mitch Loughner, who does graphic design work for the city in addition to his fire-department duties. A council member moved to accept the disclosure and the motion passed by roll call.
Clerk Carol recorded the acceptance. Board members noted the disclosure had been presented to the clerk’s office and formally entered into the record. “My office was presented with a conflict of interest form for 1 of our firefighters, Mitch Loughner, who is also doing graphics work for the city,” a board member said when introducing the item.
