Adrian bridge open; Grand Rapids beam work progressing, CR 65 needs two more lifts

Engineer Bryan Tykwinski of KLJ told the board that the Adrian bridge had opened the prior Friday and that beams on the Grand Rapids bridge have been set; he said the deck pour at Grand Rapids is expected in a few weeks. Those updates were given as part of the highway report the board received.
Road Superintendent Darrick Nitschke reported that County Road 65 remains incomplete and will require two additional lifts of gravel. He also identified Nortonville Road and County Road 64 as future projects for the county to monitor.
