The Oxford Village Council approved two special-event permits for Centennial Park at its Feb. 11 meeting. Councilmember Maureen Helmuth moved to approve application 25-02 for Firmly Rooted Church's Easter Egg Hunt; Jacob Nicosia seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Later the council approved application 25-03 for New Wine Ministries under a motion by Jacob Nicosia, seconded by Maureen Helmuth.
Both approvals were recorded as unanimous with no public comment on the items. The minutes list Centennial Park as the location for both events but do not provide event dates or additional permit conditions in the minutes.
