President Kelsey Cooke called the Oxford Village Council to order at 7:00 p.m. and the council approved the Jan. 14 agenda. The council voted 4-0 to excuse Council Member Maureen Helmuth from the meeting.
During the consent agenda the council approved minutes, bills and financial reports. The bills approved under Consent Agenda Section B totaled $366,281.23; the motion to approve those items was made by Council Member Jacob Nicosia and seconded by Ashley Ross and carried on a roll-call vote with Cooke, Kemp, Ross and Nicosia voting yes.
