Oxford Council approves $366,281.23 in bills and routine finance items

The bills approved under Consent Agenda Section B totaled $366,281.23; the motion to approve those items was made by Council Member Jacob Nicosia and seconded by Ashley Ross and carried on a roll-call vote with Cooke, Kemp, Ross and Nicosia voting yes. The council also approved routine department reports on the same vote.
