To cover repair work while insurance and bids are finalized, the board voted to pursue two short-term financing sources: authorization for the treasurer to seek a Community Bank line of credit up to $180,000 (application due July 25, 2025) and approval to use $85,000 from the Trustees. Chair Peter Brzozowy and Selectboard member Mary Catherine Graziano will lead planning and meet at the Town Office on June 25, 2025 to review the insurance policy and next steps.
