Chair Peter Brzozowy told the Selectboard that the February quote to replace the kitchen stove hood remains $3,890 and the board authorized him to sign the agreement to proceed with that work. The board also discussed a proposed scope of work for lighting and a heat-pump upgrade; Mary-Catherine Graziano said Shaw Electric will be asked to quote emergency-exit lights and a full lighting upgrade.
The board added emergency-exit lighting, electrical work and heat-pump replacement to the facilities agenda and directed staff to gather scope and quotes. Work on these items will be scheduled after receipt of vendor proposals and with administrative signoff by the chair.
