Five campers added to Isle La Motte Grand List, total assessed value $227,000

Treasurer Mary LaBrecque told the Selectboard that five new campers will be added to the Grand List as Errors and Omissions corrections. The parcel owners and assessed values reported were: Jean Depot (parcel 11497) $58,900; Lyle Poirier (11519) $43,400; Trish Lanphear (11349) $40,900; Robert Dukette (11324) $22,100; and Tina Reed (11520) $61,700 — a combined assessed addition of $227,000.
Pat Treckman moved to accept the Errors and Omissions list and the board voted in favor. The Treasurer will record the additions with the appropriate property-valuation office as required.
