Board members reviewed the Town Office's water-damage implications for building systems and operations. The meeting record notes discussion of differences between the building's current use and its past function as Isle La Motte Elementary School when different boiler and water-capacity requirements applied. The Selectboard requested further information from CSI on boiler sizing and received initial information from Culligan about options to upgrade the water system to potable standards. The VLCT inspection of the Town Office was scheduled and the board agreed the office will be opened for that inspection.
