Library columns, town cannon placement and Brothers Camp access raised in public comment

The board did not adopt a final decision at the Aug. 6 meeting.
Separately, Joe Deller reported that he could not enter Brothers Camp because of downed fencing, trees and overgrowth, raising maintenance concerns the board agreed to address in future sessions. These items were raised as other business during the meeting and will be revisited in follow-up discussions.
