Supervisor Curt Kupka moved and Supervisor David Turner seconded approval of a Construction Phase Services Agreement with Calhoun-Burns & Associates; the motion carried with all supervisors voting "aye." Chairwoman Heather Knebel was authorized to sign the agreement on the county’s behalf.
