Under the accepted bid, Sapp Brothers will supply #1 Clear Diesel at $3.21 per gallon, #2 Clear Diesel at $2.85 per gallon and Regular with ethanol at $2.589 per gallon. Commissioners discussed procurement as a routine purchasing action; the board record states the clerk was authorized to process the payment and administrative follow-up. The acceptance will govern county fuel purchases for February 2025 as budgeted.
