Selectboard accepts clerk's resignation and temporarily appoints Donna Bohannon

Pat Treckman moved and the board unanimously approved a temporary appointment of Donna Bohannon as Selectboard Clerk. Members agreed to add discussion of combining the Selectboard Clerk and Assistant roles to the agenda for the next meeting; Donna indicated she had gathered information to share with the Planning Commission and other boards as needed.
