Separately, Cole moved and Hannah Nolte seconded approval of the district's Estimate of Needs for 2024–2025; that motion also passed 4–0.
Board members framed the actions as routine budget housekeeping to fund district operations and projects for the coming school year. The approvals keep district purchasing and encumbrance authority in place while allowing administration to proceed with planned expenditures and projects.
