ONMVC authorizes Mi-Case e-licensing contract with first-year cost of $140,000

The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission authorized the agency to proceed with Mi-Case, LLC to configure, validate and deploy an e-licensing database solution during its May 12, 2026 meeting. Deputy Executive Director Marilyn Maxwell said the project had completed a Statement of Work and multiple approvals with the Office of Management and Enterprise Services; she outlined a first-year cost of $140,000 and estimated annual costs of $90,000 to $100,000 for years two through five.
Commissioner Seth Wampler moved to authorize the agency to move forward with the vendor and Commissioner Jared Glover seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll-call vote recorded as unanimous among commissioners present. Deputy Maxwell described the vendor’s capabilities and the expected automation benefits the system will provide to ONMVC licensing operations.
