The board also approved Building Fund encumbrances #30–36 totaling $4,971.61 and several Bond Fund purchases and encumbrances, including a $146,000 encumbrance listed for Bond Fund #32.
The motion to approve the purchase orders and encumbrances was moved by KY Cole and seconded by Joanne Langworthy and carried 4-0 (Hannah Nolte recorded as absent). The minutes provide line-item encumbrance ranges and dollar amounts as the official record of approvals.
