The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission dismissed an advertising-violation complaint against M&N Dealerships XI, LLC, doing business as Tulsa Hyundai, following a hearing on May 12, 2026. Assistant Attorney General Ty Mowdy presented exhibits and called ONMVC Investigator Tucker Reynolds, who testified about a mystery-shop visit to the dealership on Jan. 13, 2026; the audio of that mystery shop was played for the Commission. The board authorized Assistant Attorney General Scott May to administer the hearing and rule on legal matters.
Respondent counsel Joe White cross-examined the investigator; the defense rested without calling witnesses. After commissioner questions and closing statements, the board moved into executive session for deliberations. Following the closed deliberation, Commissioners voted unanimously to dismiss the complaint. The motion to dismiss was made by Commissioner Jared Glover and seconded by Commissioner Seth Wadley; roll-call votes were recorded as all present voting aye.
