Commission hears update on eLicensing Statement of Work and AI advertising-evaluation RFI

The Commission heard staff updates on technology and procurement at the March 10 meeting. Executive Director Brad Bailey reported progress developing a Statement of Work for the Commission’s eLicensing system and said the vendor of choice is Mi-Case PA, LLC; staff expect to receive a vendor quote and complete contracting approval through OMES Central Purchasing.
Bailey also reported the Commission issued a Request for Information for an AI-based online dealer advertising-evaluation tool to support enforcement. Commissioners discussed how such a tool could be used alongside mystery shops and manual investigations; staff noted contracting and procurement steps remain before any deployment.
