ONMVC approves December claims and financial statements; minutes accepted with abstentions

The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission on Jan. 20, 2026 approved the payment claims and financial statements for December 2025. Deputy Executive Director Marilyn Maxwell presented the reports; Commissioner Jared Glover moved approval, seconded by Commissioner Cassie McGlothlin. The roll-call vote was unanimous in favor.
The commission also voted to accept the minutes of the Dec. 9, 2025 meeting. Commissioner Sam Wampler moved and Commissioner Seth Wadley seconded the motion to accept those minutes. The roll-call vote recorded two abstentions: Commissioner Cassie McGlothlin and Commissioner Jeff Johnson abstained; the remaining members voted aye and the motion passed.
