The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission approved three dealer-license recommendations and denied one application at its March 10 meeting. The approvals were for: 287 Fire LLC of Oklahoma City as a new dealer for Rosenbauer fire trucks; Blue Compass RV of Norman for the addition of Axiom RV towables; and Optimum RV of Moore for the addition of Sunset Park RV towables. Commissioners voted unanimously to accept the Director’s recommendations to approve those three applications.
The Commission also voted unanimously to deny the application from SportChassis of Oklahoma of Lindsay (new dealer for SportChassis trucks). Under ONMVC Rule 465:10-1-6, a recommendation of denial automatically sets a hearing at the next regularly scheduled meeting so the applicant may appear; the Director will issue a hearing notice. Motions to accept and to deny were made by Commissioner Cassie McGlothlin and seconded by Commissioner Jim Norton for the denial motion.
