The Commission voted to accept his resignation after a brief executive-session discussion under 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1).
The Commission also approved creating a search committee to lead recruitment for a new executive director. Commissioner Cassie McClothlin moved to form the committee, which will be composed of Commissioner Jack Hodge, Commissioner Seth Wadley and Chair Curtis Hayes; the motion passed on a roll-call vote. Commissioners discussed completing current Commission projects and maintaining operational continuity during the transition. The Commission did not take further personnel action at this meeting.
