Superintendent Johnson guided the board through the building; building administration provided an initial welcome and the principals offered a brief update on the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and related initiatives.
The tour included classroom visitations and informal conversations with staff and students, intended to give board members direct exposure to in-class operations and SIP implementation. The minutes note there were no visitors or public comments at the special work session.
