The Oklahoma Union Public School Board convened into executive session at 8:59 p.m. to discuss multiple personnel matters and returned to open session at 10:05 p.m. After the executive session the board accepted the resignation of Cara Comstock and approved several hires.
Motion minutes record that the board employed Shelby Munden as the Family and Consumer Sciences teacher on a temporary contract for the 2025–2026 school year and also as assistant softball and assistant track coach on an extra‑duty contract. Ty Taylor was employed as an agricultural education instructor on a temporary contract and as the FFA advisor on an extra‑duty contract. The board also employed Brayden Herrenbruck as a summer worker for 12 weeks, from May 19, 2025 to August 9, 2025, to assist with district grounds maintenance. All personnel motions are recorded as carried in the minutes.
