The Oklahoma Union board approved sales of surplus district property as part of a sealed-bid opening. Items and successful bidders recorded in Attachment A1 include:
• Playground equipment (10 metal pieces and one plastic rock wall) awarded to Shane McFall for $350.00. • A 30-gallon handmade two-stroke sprayer to James Penn for $50.00. • 1/2" rebar (approx. 100 ft.) to Shane McFall for $50.00; 3/4" rebar (approx. 120 ft.) for $50.00. • Six metal panels (livestock pen) for $100.00 and scrap metal awarded to Shane McFall for $150.00.
The motion to award the items passed by recorded vote 3-0. The board’s minutes list additional surplus items in Attachment A1 (hot water tanks, PVC pipe, metal lockers, John Deere wagon, etc.) but the recorded awards above were those specifically identified and priced at the meeting.
