Board approves foundation bid, reviews gym-floor project and declares surplus property

Superintendent Brenda Taylor provided an update on the elementary gym floor replacement project; the minutes record that no board action was taken on the floor at this meeting. Separately, the board declared the items listed on Attachment A as surplus property — Attachment A includes old playground equipment (10 metal pieces and a plastic rock wall stair), leaking hot water tanks, assorted PVC pipe and rebar, scrap metal, a John Deere metal wagon, metal livestock panels, and six sets of three metal lockers — and directed the superintendent to obtain fair market values for those items.
