Board declares surplus items and accepts $36,000 in donations for W.F. West programs

The donations were approved by motion (moved by Larry Petersen, seconded by J Vander Stoep) and the board recorded a 5-0 vote.
The surplus declaration and donations were routine business; donations carry designations noted in the packet and will be recorded in district financials per standard practice.
