The Chehalis School District Board of Directors unanimously approved the 2024–25 School Improvement Plans (SIPs) for four district schools on Oct. 15.
The motion, moved by Tim LeDuc and seconded by Larry Petersen, covered SIPs for James W. Lintott Elementary, Orin C. Smith Elementary, Chehalis Middle School and W.F. West High School. The approval was recorded as an annual action and carried 5-0.
Assistant Superintendent Trisha Smith presented the SIPs as part of the administrative report; the plans are standard annual submissions intended to guide school-level goals and improvement activities for the year. The board thanked administrators during later comments for their work in honor of National Principals Month.
