Housing Authority presents FY26 year-end finances showing HCV and capital drawdowns

Alicia said drawdowns for funds 517 and 301 were completed through the first three quarters and that the final fourth-quarter drawdown will be completed in July to ensure all eligible FY26 expenditures are reimbursed. She also noted the Ross drawdown of $91,640.69 was completed on 06/01/2026, reimbursing eligible salaries and supplies for the Ross program. Commissioners asked follow-up questions about program continuity and grant renewals during the discussion.
