Board President Kelly Jo Seaton called the special Paden Board of Education meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. on Oct. 23, 2025, in the high school computer lab. Members recorded as present were Kelly Seaton, Terri Johnson and Brandy Moore.
The board approved Exterior Solutions' bid for an elementary roof replacement in the amount of $73,920.00, discussed bids for a walk-in freezer, high school windows and awnings but took no action on those items, and adjourned at 6:59 p.m. A motion to adjourn was made by Kelly Jo Seaton, seconded by Brandy Moore, and recorded as approved; the minutes were signed/recorded by Kim Collins, Minutes Clerk.
