The motion, made by Kelly Seaton and seconded by Brandy Moore, included approval of minutes from the Dec. 15, 2025 special board meeting and the listing of encumbrances: General Fund encumbrances #435–515 in the amount of $183,887.00 and Building Fund encumbrances #89–94 in the amount of $2,812.58.
The minutes also record an encumbrance breakdown and a listing of warrants. Board members Kelly Seaton, Terri Johnson, Jeremiah Case and Brandy Moore all voted yes on the motion. No public comment was recorded on the consent items.
