The Paden Board of Education unanimously approved its consent agenda at the Nov. 3, 2025 regular meeting, including General Fund warrants #262–352 totaling $273,908.28. The consent package also included Building Fund expenditures of $5,988.59, Bond Fund (33) expenditure of $639.76, minutes from Oct. 6 and Oct. 23 meetings, and required reports on graduation, dropouts and college remediation.
Board President Kelly Jo Seaton moved to approve the consent items and Rebecca Benham seconded; all five members voted yes. The vote authorized the district to process the listed warrants and encumbrances, including an encumbrance balance shown for the General Fund of $245,050.05. The approval keeps routine district payments and reporting on schedule ahead of the next board meeting.
