Bristow Hospital Authority approves minutes, passes consent agenda and adjourns Oct. 6

The Bristow Hospital Authority met Oct. 6, 2025, in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. Chairman Kris Wyatt presided; Trustees Joe Church, Jeryn Fletcher, Frank Groom, Judd Johns, Kevin Deshazo and Randy Witty were present. Trustees Heather Green and Jeff Roberts were listed as absent.
Trustee Joe Church moved to approve the minutes of the Sept. 15, 2025 meeting, with Trustee Kevin Deshazo seconding; the roll call vote recorded Church, Fletcher, Groom, Johns, Deshazo and Witty as voting Aye and the motion passed. The board then approved the consent agenda, which included maintenance claims totaling $2,481.25, again on a motion from Church and a second from Deshazo. The minutes record no trustee comments or questions. The meeting was adjourned following a final motion by Church, seconded by Deshazo; the same six trustees voted Aye on the adjournment motion.
