The consent agenda authorized a $50,000.00 transfer from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund and a $202,415.73 transfer from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the Water Capital Improvement Fund. The packet also listed maintenance, paid and payroll claims (including actual payroll of $18,291.42 and estimated payroll of $20,640.01). The minutes show these items were approved without additional discussion. The meeting record lists Trustees Kevin Deshazo and Heather Green as absent.
The board adjourned after recording no comments from the chairman or trustees. The meeting record was signed by Secretary Sabrina Mounce and Chairman Kris Wyatt.
