The Bristow City Council opened and closed a public hearing on a requested lot split and variance of coverage for property commonly known as 404 & 406 West 2nd Ave. Mayor Kris Wyatt reported the Planning & Zoning Board recommended approval and that no members of the public appeared to contest the request. The council then voted to accept the Planning & Zoning recommendation and approve the lot split and variance on a roll call vote.
The motion to accept the Planning & Zoning recommendation was made by Councilmember Judd Johns and seconded by Joe Church; recorded votes were Aye from Church, Fletcher, Groom, Deshazo, Johns and Witty. The legal description in the minutes lists the property as N/2 of Lots 10 thru 15, Block 6, Beverly Place Re‑Sub Addition to the City of Bristow, Creek County, State of Oklahoma.
