City Inspector Chad Foster raised a utility coordination question and asked whether meter cans and water taps could be installed by the developer while water lines are being laid; Public Works Director Troy Davidson said it would be easier for the developer to place those components. McGuire agreed to coordinate with Chad Foster. McGuire also stated the developer expects Phase III to be paved by Christmas and hopes the phase will be completed by spring.
