Burlington approves interlocal agreements to bolster emergency response and inspections

Chief Toth also presented a new interlocal agreement with the Skagit County Sheriff's Office to expand on-water rescue capabilities and a reciprocal lending agreement with Skagit County Fire District #6 to clarify equipment loans.
