Ortiz said staff will provide signs, postcards and social‑media notices to inform voters of site changes and that a court order may be required for formal changes. Commissioner Camilla Bustamante moved to approve the resolution; Commissioner Hank Hughes seconded and the board approved the changes by voice vote.
